Professor Mao Zong Qiang is the Chief Scientist of Hydrogen Energy Project of National Key Fundamentals R&D Program and is a professor of Tsinghua University.	Mr Randy Dey, P.Eng., the chairman of ISO/TC 197 Hydrogen Technologies and an expert on hydrogen codes and standards, was giving his speech.

Mr Robert Natkin, Group Leader of Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine of Ford Motor Ltd, an expert of engine design and development, was delivering his speech.	Mr Don Fraser, Business Manager of Dynetek Industries Ltd was explaining the benefits of composite cylinders for stationary hydrogen storage.	Dr Alain Lam, Principal Enviromental Protection Officer, Environmental Protection Department, HKSAR, was giving a speech respresenting the Department.
Dr John Wrigley, another representative of EPD (one of the authors of EPD presentation paper) was presented with a souvenir.	Dr Hugo Vandenborre, Chairman of Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Stuart Energy was making his presentation on "Hydrogen Energy Station".	Professor Danny Sutanto, Department of Electrical Engineering, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University made a speech on "Fuel Cell Technology for Electricity Generation".
Mr Stephen Lee, Managing Director of Allied (Int'l) Process was giving a speech.	The Panel Discussion Session was another highlight of the symposium.	Mr Barrie Cook, representing Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited was delivering his closing address.
